Training Opportunities Available

Food and Beverage: $15.00/hr
Recruiting Interns and Trainees for the following phases: In Room Dining, Restaurant Operations, Pool Service and Banquets. Trainees would have a final phase in Leadership/Supervisory Training.

Culinary: $16.00/hr
Recruiting Interns and Trainees for the following phases:  Orientation, Main Kitchen Prep, Banquets/Events/F & B Outlets.  Trainees would have an additional phase in Leadership/Supervisory Training. Four phases with the final phase culminating in culinary arts management.

Rooms: $15.00/hr
Recruiting Interns and Trainees for the following phases: Orientation/Housekeeping, Front Desk/Switchboard/Operations, Front Desk Check-In/Check-out/Systems, Spa Concierge.  Trainees would have final phase in Leadership/Supervisory Training.

Training Period

12 Months, starting late October/early November.

Cliff House is conveniently located in Southern Maine between Ogunquit and York, an hour’s drive north of Boston and a forty-minute drive from Portland.

The resort can easily be reached from Boston, Portland, or Manchester airports and is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the quintessential New England experience.

Housing

Housing is provided in a shared co-ed house (women and men have separate bedrooms).  Shared bedroom with one or two others = $135-$150 per week depending on housing, $200 deposit (will get $150 back provided no damage).

Uniforms

Food & Beverage: Host Company provides shirts and aprons. Participants provide black pants, black shoes, and dark wash classic Levi jeans.

Culinary: The host company provides uniforms. Participants provide full black non-skid shoes.

Rooms: Host Company provides shirts. Participants provide full black shoes, and navy slacks for men and navy skirt or slacks for women.

Free shuttle from housing to hotel.
