Every day at dawn our bakers create rustic and hand crafted breads and pastries to fill our Jackson Hole Cafe counters. At the heart of our process is old world fermentation, and the heavy heat of a stone hearth. These techniques combined with the highest quality ingredients produce traditional french baked goods with great depth of flavor.

Training Opportunities Available
Culinary $22 – 28 per hour.
Training plans consist of Restaurant and Cafe Management with phases in Human Resources, Kitchen Operations and Finances, Marketing and Events, and Cafe Management and Training.
Training Period
Looking for 18 months only (not 12). Start date flexible/rolling.

Housing
Company housing may be available, but not guaranteed. Rent is about $1500 per month. Alternatively, less expensive housing is available in the town. We can provide a landing place to stay while alternate accommodations can be found.
Meals
A shift meal is provided. Company discounts are provided when not working at all our locations.
Uniforms
Uniforms are provided.
Transportation
Transportation is not provided. There is a great bus system called Start Bus that goes all over and the company will buy bus passes if needed.
