Silvercryst Resort & Motel offers dining, entertainment, seasonal recreation, and lodging to the greater Wautoma, Wisconsin area. We’re a locally owned and operated business that’s been serving the community since 1894! Located near Wautoma on Silver Lake, we offer quality food and family fun.
Culinary $15.00 per hour
Orientation, Culinary Fundamentals, Kitchen Operations, Speciality Cuisine unique to Supper Clubs
Front of the House $12.00 per hour + tips (depending on the phase)
Restaurant Operations, Dining Services, Front of the House Operations
Administrative Management Training $12.00 per hour
The administrative office work needed to successfully run the Bar/Restaurant/Motel
Start date any time, depending on need, but preferably start date would be from November 1st – May 31st for 12 or 18 months depending.
With year-round recreation, the Silvercryst Resort & Motel has something for everyone. Our spacious, sandy beach has the best swimming, rafting, and water slides! We also host a variety of live entertainment all year long! Local and regional musical groups perform in our lounge, providing a host of genres to please all musical tastes. Are you an avid fisherman? Silver Lake is stocked with pan fish, walleye, bass, and northern pike! Also, we offer low housing costs and one meal free per shift.
$50 per week in an on-grounds apartment, partial kitchen, access to lake and beach.
Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and cost to do laundry.
One meal is provided each day they are working

N/A because lodging is on site. The host company will provide rides for errands, shopping, banking, etc. when given a 24-hour notice.
