St. Joe has clubs and resorts within the property including 11 restaurant outlets.
In the area, there are multiple events and festivals that occur during the time frame of the internship. We will host a luncheon or dinner at one of the properties to help our interns become familiar with the area and meet others here for an internship.
The St. Joe Company utilizes Shalimar Employee Housing. The campus is equipped with communal public spaces such as a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor gym, computer lab, library, coffee-bar, laundry facilities, basketball courts, movie rooms, 2 pools, and volleyball courts. Shalimar is located directly across the street from a public beach access and approximately 10 minutes from Pier Park.
The cost of Shalimar Housing is $130 per week or $260 per pay period. The cost of rent will be deducted from your paycheck. Move-in fees include a $200 refundable security deposit and a $100 furnishing fee. Lodging is dormitory style, 4 to 6 per unit and a communal bathroom.

Black pants and black shoes (for culinary they need to be non-skid shoes), host company supplies the rest.
Discounted shuttle service from housing to host company – $15 per day (round trip).
Alongside our company transportation, we also suggest utilizing our public transportation service, Bayway, which is more affordable than our in-house options.
