YMCA – Blue Ridge Assembly

Blue Ridge Assembly YMCA is a community center in Black Mountain, NC that offers various facilities, programs and services for people of all ages and interests. Regardless of your job assignment, each employee is key to the overall operation and success of Blue Ridge. Every position involves customer service, and every staff member determines whether or not a guest has an enjoyable stay. Staff may expect to work 5 days per week for an average of 32 hours per week. Work schedules and days off are determined by the department supervisor. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted. Blue Ridge is a tobacco free facility. Come enjoy your summer with us!
