The Estes Park Center YMCA is a non-profit resort and conference center nestled on 860 acres in the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. We serve families and groups by our programs and our facilities. We have cabins and lodges for our guests. We were founded in 1907 and this summer celebrated our 100th year serving conferences and families. We are very proud of the work we do and of our rich history. Many lives have been changed at YMCA of the Rockies and we aren’t just looking for “staff” we are looking for people who can fit into a diverse tapestry of history and culture who are ready and happy to serve.
Living in the Rocky Mountains! Discounts at the general store, free use of facilities (tennis, mini-golf, basketball, gym, etc.) Free internet and computer use. Staff activities planned–movies, theater, hiking, shopping, sports, and more! Corporate ski passes are available for staff use. Discounts to YMCA staff in the community. Appreciation Fun Tip Pool distributed as the end-of-season bonus = $0.47/hour. Shuttle transportation is arranged to and from town during the week.

Adventure Activity Facilitator – $15.10/hour
Dormitory style housing. Participants will have 2-3 roommates. There is zero tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol.
$200/week which includes three meals daily. No credit check or rental agreement required
Free utilities (electric, heat, water). Free internet. Free laundry (within walking distance). Free cleaning supplies and vacuums. Linens (towels, sheets, and pillows) provided. Housing lobbies feature: refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemaker, TV’s.
